We have been operating out of P-16, New C.I.T. Road for quite a long time now. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of different fibre materials scattered across the tables. We deal mostly in industrial grade fibre products. It is definitely not a fancy setup by any means. Some mornings the traffic on New C.I.T. Road makes getting into work a real headache, but we have mostly gotten used to the noise and the fumes over the years. We spend the bulk of our time coordinating shipments and double-checking the quality of the raw materials that come in from the suppliers. It is dusty work most of the time. The team here is quite small. We know all the regulars who come by to pick up their orders. It is mainly about getting the quantities right and making sure the fibre is exactly what the client asked for. We do not really bother with advertising much. People mostly find us through word of mouth or if they have worked with our family before. The building is pretty old but it works for what we do. We have these massive rolls of material piled up in the back room. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just the sound of the old ceiling fan clicking. We keep a handwritten ledger for all the local stuff. It is a straightforward operation. No big corporate meetings here. Just a few of us sitting around a wooden desk trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. If you walk past P-16, you might see us loading up a truck.
