We are located at 35 Chittaranjan Avenue, right on the 5th floor. Being on CR Avenue means we are right in the heart of the city’s old commercial district. The building is one of those classic ones with high ceilings and a tiny elevator that you have to wait ages for. Most of the time, we just end up taking the stairs. Our office is a bit of a throwback. We have heavy wooden desks and old cabinets filled with technical drawings and dusty folders. From the windows on the 5th floor, you can see the traffic crawling along the street below and hear the constant honking of horns. It’s a busy environment to work in, but it has its own charm. We handle various industrial engineering matters. A lot of our work involves coordinating between different workshops and clients. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us here keeping things running. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we keep the old ceiling fans spinning all day long. Sometimes we have clients who have been visiting this same office for thirty years. They remember when the street looked different, but our office hasn't changed much at all. It’s a reliable place. We don't bother with fancy modern decor. We just focus on the engineering side of things and let the rest take care of itself.
