Itzone

Itzone is located at No.156 A, Lenin Sarani. We are inside the Kamalalaya Centre, specifically in G 4 A. If you’ve ever walked down Lenin Sarani in Kolkata, you know how packed and lively it gets. Our little corner in the center is where we handle all the computer and IT things that come our way. It’s a bit of a maze inside the building sometimes, but once you find G 4 A, you’ll see we’re always surrounded by parts, screens, and cables. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about fixing what’s broken and helping people get their tech working again. The air conditioning in the center is a lifesaver during the summer months, though it can get noisy when everyone is busy. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners are like family. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the traffic on the main road. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We don't use big words to explain things to our visitors. If a motherboard is fried, we just say it's fried. We like being in the heart of the city where everything is happening. It’s a bit dusty with all the hardware around, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. There is a certain energy to this building that keeps us going even on the long days when we're buried in repairs.
