We are located at CP-217 in Pitam Pura. It’s a pretty standard office building in a busy part of Delhi. The stairs can be a bit of a climb depending on how the lift is feeling that day. Inside, the space is mostly filled with desks and a lot of folders. Since we do trade consulting, the phones are usually ringing and there is always some discussion going on about shipping or paperwork. It isn't a glamorous job, to be honest. A lot of it is just making sure the right forms are filled out and checking details over and over again. Pitam Pura is a good area because everything is close by, but the parking is a total nightmare most of the time. We have a small group of people working here who have been doing this for years. We don't really do the whole modern office thing with bean bags or coffee machines. It’s just old-fashioned desks and hard work. Sometimes we stay late when things get complicated with an international order, but usually, we try to wrap things up by evening. It is a practical place for people who just want to get their trade business sorted without any extra fluff. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in.
