Indra Nirman Private Limited is located at 2, Ajmal Khan Road. It’s a central spot, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. Our work is mostly in construction and building projects. You won’t find us in fancy suits; we are usually covered in a bit of dust or looking at blueprints on a messy table. The office is where we coordinate with the guys out on the sites. It’s a lot of phone calls to check on cement deliveries or to see if the weather is going to hold up for a pour. Construction has its ups and downs, and we’ve seen plenty of both. Some projects go fast, others get stuck for months because of some permit or a part that didn’t show up. We just try to keep things moving forward. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built and asking who did it. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful sometimes when deadlines are tight. We’ve got a small crew that knows how to get things done. Being on Ajmal Khan Road makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city. We keep the doors open, and there’s usually someone here to talk if you stop by, though we might be busy with a map or a schedule.
