Indian Institute Of Psychometry

Our office is at FD 470/8 in Salt Lake Sector 3, right here in Kolkata 700106. Being the Indian Institute of Psychometry, we deal with a lot of testing and measurements. It’s a bit of a specialized place, but at the end of the day, it’s just an office with people in it. We have shelves full of files and old papers that have been around for a long time. The building is a bit older, so you might hear the floorboards creak when you walk around. It’s a quiet area of Salt Lake, which is nice because it helps us concentrate. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Most people who come here already know where they are going. We just sit at our desks, go through the data, and write things down. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just handle the psychometry work as it comes in. It takes a lot of patience, and we have a small team that has been together for a while. We know how each other works, so it’s pretty relaxed. It’s just a normal place where we do our part every day. We don’t really need much else to keep things running properly in this office.
