Impex Solutions

We’ve been running Impex Solutions out of 8 Tarachand Dutta Street for a long time now. It’s an old part of the city, and our office is just one of many tucked into these narrow buildings. You probably won't find a big sign or anything flashy outside. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work inside. Dealing with imports and exports means we are always on the phone or tracking things on the computer. It gets pretty loud on Tarachand Dutta Street during the day with all the carts and people moving around, but you get used to it. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we just have to wait it out. There are four of us here right now. We handle the paperwork and make sure things get where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of our furniture has been here since we opened, and the desks are a bit scratched up. We usually eat lunch together at our desks or grab something from the stall downstairs. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we handle every day. People stop by sometimes just to check on a shipment or hand over some documents. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us surrounded by stacks of files and boxes. It’s just how we work.
