Ilt Education India Private Limited

You can find us over at B-16 on Bandipur Road in the Bansdroni area. It’s tucked away in South 24 Parganas, and it’s a fairly busy part of Kolkata. Ilt Education India isn't one of those massive coaching centers you see on the main roads with the neon signs. We’re just in a regular building on a side street. Most of the time, the office is full of stacks of books and papers that we haven't gotten around to filing yet. We spend our days answering the phone and talking to parents who live nearby in South-700070. The rooms are a bit small, so things can get a little cramped when a lot of people show up at once. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture; it’s mostly just functional stuff we’ve picked up over the years. The traffic on Bandipur Road is usually pretty loud, so we’ve had to get used to the sound of rickshaws and buses while we work. It’s just a few of us running the show, so we handle everything from cleaning the floors to managing the accounts. We don't really have a big plan for expansion or anything like that. We just want to keep the doors open and make sure the students who come here are actually learning something useful. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but that is just how it is.
