Iijt Infotech

Our office, Iijt Infotech, is tucked away in Arcadia Extension in the Behala area. Specifically, we’re at P-15B. It’s a decent residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have a simple setup here with enough desks for the small team. We mostly focus on training and technical stuff throughout the day. The building is just a regular house that’s been turned into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel to it, which is nice when you’re working long hours. We’ve got a couple of classrooms set up with computers and whiteboards. Sometimes the whiteboards don't erase perfectly, but they get the job done. We spend a lot of time helping people learn new skills. It’s rewarding work, even if it gets a bit repetitive sometimes. During the lunch hour, we usually go out to one of the local shops to grab a snack. Behala has some good food if you know where to look. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the gate. It’s a relaxed environment, and we don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for regular work. We've been in this part of Kolkata for a while and we've gotten to know the people around here pretty well. It’s a good spot for us to keep doing what we do every day without any big stress.
