We are located in the Sarsuna Housing Complex in Behala. The address is 111, K.D. Road. It’s a bit away from the main rush of Kolkata, which we actually prefer. Ifd Placement Agency is a small operation. We focus on helping people find work in different industries. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting in the office, answering emails and talking to candidates. The housing complex is a nice place to be based. It feels more like a community than a business district. We have people from all over the area coming in to see if we have any openings for them. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We mostly rely on people knowing us in Behala and coming to us when they need a job. It’s straightforward work. We look at what a person can do and try to find a company that needs those skills. Sometimes it’s easy, and sometimes it takes weeks. We don’t use any corporate jargon. We just talk to people like they are people. The office is simple, just what we need to get through the day. We’ve been at this K.D. Road spot for some time now. It suits us just fine. We like being accessible to the local folks who need a hand with their careers and seeing them succeed.
