Icici Prulife

You can find our Icici Prulife office over in Kolkata at the Trinayna Apartment building. We are specifically located in Flat No: 4M at Rathtala, right on the busy 12 B.T. Road. Since we are in an apartment building, the office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It is not like those big, cold corporate offices you see in the city center. We have set up some desks and chairs in the main rooms to handle all the insurance paperwork and client meetings. The fans are always going to help with the heat, and you can hear the constant hum of buses and taxis from B.T. Road outside. It’s a very active part of town, so there is always something going on. We don't have any big flashy signs, just a small one to let people know they are in the right place. Most of our day is spent filling out forms, checking details, and talking to people about their needs. We try to keep things simple and explain the rules without making them sound too confusing. The pantry is small, but it’s enough to make a cup of tea for us and our visitors. We have been at this Rathtala address for quite a while and have gotten to know the regular faces in the building. It is a practical, ground-level way to run a business. We just focus on the documents and the people who bring them to us.
