We are located at 8L/126B.H Colony, which is a residential area where things are mostly quiet. Hygieia Eatables Private Limited is run from a space care of Sarita Devi. Working in a colony like this is different than being in a big industrial park. It feels more personal. You see the same neighbors every morning when you arrive, and the children are often playing in the lanes nearby. Our office and work area are integrated into the property. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work by staying organized. We have a few rooms dedicated to the food business, with shelves lining the walls and a couple of small desks for the paperwork. Sarita Devi is often around, which gives the place a family-like atmosphere. We aren't some big faceless company. We are just a few people trying to make a living by providing eatables to the market. The light in the afternoons is quite nice in the front room, and we often leave the door open to get some fresh air. We don't have any fancy signage, just a small board so people know they have the right house. It is a humble setup, but it suits us just fine. We focus on the daily tasks like cleaning, packing, and making sure the inventory is right. We usually wrap things up by six o'clock so we don't disturb the neighbors too much.
