Hsbc ( Call Center )

We are located over at 30 C Aga Medhi Street, which is right in the middle of Kolkata. If you are looking for us, we are in the building with Mr. D. Peters. It is a busy spot, especially with all the call center work going on day and night. The email we use for everything is jason2kool2003rediffmail.com if anyone ever needs to send stuff over or ask a question. Working in a call center here means it is never really quiet. There are always people on the phones or sitting at their desks with headsets on. The street outside is usually full of life, which is typical for this part of the city. We do not have a big lobby or anything like that for visitors. It is more of a functional space where everyone has their own station and just stays busy. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain, but we manage to get through it. Most of the staff live nearby or take the bus in every morning. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the cables and the computer setups. Mr. Peters is around most days making sure things do not fall apart. We are not some giant corporate office with glass walls, it is much more lived-in than that. We handle calls, sort out issues, and try to keep up with the daily queue. It is just how we operate day to day here on Aga Medhi Street.
