Honey Comb

Honey Comb is located at Sarada Sarani Point in Das Colony. It’s a nice enough area, not too loud most days. We started this because we liked the idea of getting good, natural honey to people without all the processing. The shop is small and we keep it clean. You’ll see a lot of jars on the shelves and maybe some beeswax candles if we’ve had time to make them. It’s not a big operation with machines and conveyor belts. Most of what we do is done by hand. We talk to the local beekeepers a lot and they bring us what they have. Sometimes the supply is low if the flowers didn't bloom right, and we just have to tell people to wait. We don't have a big shiny sign or a social media manager. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We spend time cleaning the jars and making sure the labels aren't crooked, though they sometimes are anyway. People from the colony just walk in when they run out of honey for their tea. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to become a huge brand or anything. We just like what we do and we like staying here at Sarada Sarani Point where everyone knows our name.
