You can find Shree Laxmi Iron And Steel Works over at No. 49 A Hindustan Park. This area is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, but we still keep pretty busy with our metal work. Our place is more of a workshop than a store. We have heavy pieces of iron and steel moved in and out throughout the week. You’ll probably hear the sound of metal clanging if you walk by during the day. It’s not the cleanest job, so there’s always a bit of grease and metal shavings on the floor. We don't really have a front desk in the traditional sense. Usually, someone is just working in the back and will come out if they hear the bell. We do things the old-fashioned way here. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. Hindustan Park is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a good long while. Our neighbors know us for the noise and the trucks, but they’re used to it by now. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at number 49 A for years and people know where to go when they need steel work done. It’s honest, hard work and we just take it one day at a time. We don't see any reason to change how we do things. It is what it is.
