Hindustan Controls & Equipment Pvt Ltd is located in the Kasba Indl. Estate, specifically at P-16 and P-16/1. This is Phase-1 of the estate, so it’s surrounded by other industrial sheds and workshops. It’s a busy, gritty kind of place where people are actually making and fixing things all day long. Our space is divided between the two plots, and it’s full of machinery, control panels, and various bits of equipment scattered around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit, as there is always a bit of grease or dust in the air. We’ve been operating out of Kasba Phase-1 for a long time, and we’ve seen the estate change over the years. The roads can be a bit bumpy, and there are always trucks moving in and out, but that’s the nature of an industrial area. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team to promote us. We just have our workshop and the people who have been working here for years. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We spend our days building and testing things, and we don't have much time for corporate talk or meetings that go nowhere. We just focus on the job at hand and making sure everything works like it should before it leaves the floor. If you are coming to Kasba Indl. Estate, just look for the P-16 plots in the first phase, near the main gate area.
