We are located over here in the Italgacha area of Dumdum. If you know Tarun Sen Pally or the Ghosh Bagan area, you probably know where we are. It is quite a busy part of North 24 Parganas. Most days start early for us. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running. The hospital is in Badra, right in that pocket of Kolkata that stays active all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. We have been at this address for a while now. People from the local neighborhood walk in and out quite often. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy, just enough room for the patients and the equipment we need to have around. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the streets around Italgacha pretty well. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and do what needs to be done until the shift ends. The building is easy to spot if you are looking for it in the Ghosh Bagan area. It is just a regular place where people come when they are not feeling well. We try to keep the floors clean and the paperwork organized, which is harder than it sounds some days. There is always a lot going on with the folders and the front desk. We just try to help out.
