Our office is tucked away on Jadu Nath Ukil Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy little stretch of road, like most of this city is. We are at number 11, which isn't hard to find once you get into the 700041 area. Being in Kolkata means there’s always noise outside—horns honking and people rushing to get to the metro or a bus. At Head Hunters Placement Pvt Ltd, we’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. The building itself is older, with those thick walls you see in this part of town. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a place where we sit down and look through resumes all day. It gets incredibly humid in the monsoon season, and we usually have a few umbrellas drying by the door. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to do. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually end up in the afternoons for a quick break. It’s a simple setup we have here. We deal with people looking for work and companies looking for staff, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It's just about matching folks up.
