Hdpi(Bpo Arm Of Hsbc)

You can find us over at Block O, 16 Baisnabghata in the Patuli Township. We are in the Sayak Co-Operative, specifically Flat No. 4. It is a bit of a different setup since we are located in what looks like a residential building. We are the BPO arm for Hdpi, which connects back to HSBC. It’s a lot of office work, mostly handling data and talking to people on the phones. Because we are in a flat, it feels a bit more cozy than a typical glass office building. We have a small group of people working here in Patuli. It gets quite busy during the shift times. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks with headsets on. The area around Baisnabghata is actually quite nice, and it's easy for us to get to. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, so you have to look for the flat number. It’s a very practical workspace. We focus on getting the tasks done that come down from the main office. There is always a lot of typing and clicking going on. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It isn't a fancy place, but it has everything we need to do our jobs properly. We just come in, do our shifts, and keep things running smoothly. It's a regular job for a regular group of people. We like the relative quiet of the township and the way the office runs.
