Harsh Impex

Harsh Impex is based in Kolkata, right on Hemant Basu Sarani. We are on the third floor, specifically in room 321. It’s an older building, the kind you see a lot of in this part of the city. The hallways are a bit dark, and there’s always the smell of old paper and tea around. We’ve been here for a long time. Our office isn’t very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle imports and exports, mostly focusing on industrial goods. There’s always someone coming in with some documents or a sample to show us. The traffic outside is always loud, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our connections are through word of mouth and people we’ve dealt with for years. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping dates. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day sorting that out. We keep things informal here. We’ll sit around and have chai while discussing the day's tasks. It’s just a normal office where we try to get things right. We don't use big words or make big promises. We just handle the trades as they come. It's about being reliable more than anything else, and we've been doing exactly that for years now.
