We are located over at No. 39 / 1- B Gora Chand Road. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our doors. Nwl Impex is a small operation that we’ve built up over time. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and computers where we manage the import and export side of things. We aren’t a big corporation with fancy titles. Most of us just do a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers. We find that being in this part of town helps us stay connected to the actual movement of goods. You get a real sense of the trade when you’re right in the thick of it. The office can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or paperwork issues, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t try to make ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to do things properly and stay organized. It’s a lot of routine work, but it keeps us busy. We like the fact that our clients can just call us up and talk to a real person right away. It’s a straightforward way to do business in a busy city.
