We are located at 57, Parbati Ghosh Lane. It is an older part of the city and the lanes are quite narrow around here. You have to be careful driving down if you are not used to it. The building is tucked away, and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some years. Being engineers, we spend most of our time looking at blueprints or fixing things that have gone wrong. The air inside the workshop usually smells like oil and metal, which is how we like it. It is a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. Parbati Ghosh Lane has a lot of history, and we feel like we are just one small part of the daily life on this street. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain leaks through a bit, but we just patch it up and keep going. We do not spend much money on fancy furniture or decorations because the work happens on the benches and the floor. It can get cramped when we have a big project going, but we make the space work for us. Every morning starts with tea and a quick talk about what needs to happen before sunset. We are just a local engineering firm trying to do a decent job with the tools we have available in this old building. It is not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things.
