Goelguptamaheshwari Associates

Our office, Goelguptamaheshwari Associates, is located at 34 1 Satyen Roy Branch Road in the Behala area of Kolkata. It’s a typical Kolkata neighborhood where everyone knows the local landmarks and the streets can be a bit narrow and winding. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The building is an older style, typical for this part of West Bengal. Inside, we have our desks set up and it’s usually quite a busy scene with papers stacked up. We work as associates on various projects and the three names in our title reflect the people who started this whole thing. We aren't a massive firm with a skyscraper office. We like being in Behala because it’s a real place where people actually live and work. During the monsoon, the street outside can get a bit waterlogged, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on our tasks. We handle a lot of local clients who prefer to come in and talk face-to-face rather than sending emails. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no dress code or anything stiff like that. We just want to get the work done properly so people keep coming back. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people we serve in this corner of the city. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall at the corner while discussing our next project. It feels very grounded and real working here.
