Ghosh Dairy

We run Ghosh Dairy out of a small place at 25E, Bikramgarh. It’s right in the middle of Jadavpur, near the Golf Green area. Most people in this part of South Kolkata know the area well because it’s a bit of a maze but a good one. We have been here for a long time, just dealing with the daily milk and dairy routines. It starts early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up, because that is when the work needs to happen. The shop at 25E isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We know most of the people who walk by every day. Jadavpur is a busy place, and being near Golf Green means there are always folks moving around. We don’t really have a big staff or anything, just a few of us making sure everything stays fresh and gets out to the customers. Sometimes things get a bit messy or loud, but that’s part of the job when you’re handling dairy. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local dairy business trying to keep the neighborhood supplied. If you find yourself in Bikramgarh, you’ll see our sign. It’s a plain spot, no bells and whistles, just the usual daily grind. We like being part of the community here. It’s been our home for a while and we plan to stay at this address for many more years to come.
