Our office is on the 3rd floor of the building at 10/C, Middleton Row. It is a bit of an older place, and the lift can be quite slow most days. We have been here for a long time, working on tea machinery. The rooms are filled with old files, blueprints, and parts catalogs from different estates. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. We have simple wooden desks and some old fans that have been running for years. Most of the day is spent talking to people from the tea gardens or checking on machine specs. The street outside is always busy with traffic and people walking to work, so there is a constant hum of noise coming through the windows. We often have tea together in the late morning while we look over the latest drawings. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. Sometimes the couriers get confused about which floor we are on, but they eventually find us. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us handling the business and making sure the machinery orders are moving along correctly. The light in the office is best in the morning before the sun moves behind the taller buildings. It is a practical spot for what we do, and we like the central location.
