Gayetri Garments is situated right at Boral Premier More. If you’re familiar with the junction, you’ve probably seen our sign while waiting for a rickshaw or walking to the store. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time, providing various kinds of clothing to the locals. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and occasionally some help when things get really hectic. The shop is filled with different types of garments, from simple shirts to more traditional wear. We don't have a fancy interior designer or anything; we just put up shelves where they would fit. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by at the More, and other days we barely have time to drink our tea because so many people are coming in. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth from people in Boral is usually how new customers find us. We try to keep our prices where they should be for a neighborhood shop. Sometimes the lights flicker or it gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we just keep going. It’s a real place run by real people who just want to make a living. We aren’t aiming for anything world-changing, just being a reliable shop where you can grab a new outfit when you need one.
