59 Elliot Road is where we are located. It’s a pretty busy spot, but we like it here. Gangoshree Food And Beverages Products Private Limited has been around for a bit now. We mostly handle food items and some bottled drinks. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular place where work gets done every day. We spend most of our time checking batches and making sure things are packed right before they go out. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane, which can be a bit of a headache for the neighbors, but we try to move them quickly. There are about ten of us working here on a normal day. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and the storage area. People stop by sometimes asking if we sell directly to the public. Usually, we just do wholesale, but if someone is local, we try to help them out. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking labels. My hands are usually tired by five o'clock. We don't do much advertising. Most people around Elliot Road know where we are anyway. It’s just a straightforward business. We make the products, we pack them, and then they get shipped off to different shops. It’s simple, and it keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble. Most days are okay, though it gets a bit noisy in the afternoons when the traffic picks up.
