G Burman

G Burman is based out of Narua Panchanan Tala, which is in Chandannagore. This is part of the Hooghly district, and the pin code here is 713136. It’s a quiet area, away from the main rush of the big cities. Our office is a simple room that we’ve set up to handle our daily tasks. We have a couple of sturdy desks and some chairs that have been around as long as we have. There’s a window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same neighbors passing by every single morning. We don’t have a big corporate office or a lot of employees. It’s a small, local operation where we do pretty much everything ourselves. There aren't any fancy posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. We like the simplicity of it. Chandannagore is a nice place to work, and we feel connected to the community here in Narua. We don't spend any time on advertising or trying to sound important. People know where we are if they need us. Most of our work is done through direct conversation. We don't rely much on emails or complicated technology. We just sit down with whoever comes in and figure out what needs to be done. It’s a very human way of doing business. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the task at hand. It’s been working for us for quite a while now. We usually close up early in the evenings to head back home.
