We are located over in Dum Dum Cantt., right in the Ramkrishna Colony area. It’s a busy spot, especially near the R.B.C. Road. Our office is more of a workspace where we manage electronics and marketing stuff for the local area. It’s not a big glass building, just a regular place where we’ve set up shop. There are wires everywhere and boxes piled up because we’re often moving things in and out. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the tea guy likes his orders. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on circuit boards. Sometimes the rain in Kolkata makes it hard for people to visit, but we usually have enough work to keep us occupied indoors. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here since the beginning. It's a bit cramped when we get a big shipment, but we make it work. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and there’s always someone around if you need a hand moving a heavy crate. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the electronics we handle are actually working before they go out.
