Future Placement

We are located at 5, Gobinda Auddy Road in Kolkata. Future Placement is a small operation, mostly just a few rooms where we handle recruitment and talk to people looking for work. The street outside is usually busy, and there’s always something going on with the neighbors. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass elevators or a shiny lobby. Instead, we have a simple entrance and a lot of metal filing cabinets. Most of our day is spent looking through resumes and talking on the phone with different people. It’s a lot of matching people with the right roles, which can be tiring but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need quickly. The light in the office isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing on the desks. We’ve been in this West Bengal neighborhood for some time now, so we know the local shops and the people around us. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t use a lot of fancy software; we prefer to just talk to people and write things down. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation or drinking some tea while reading over a contract. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us.
