Floraison India Pvt Ltd has been here for some time. We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big one. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We have a lot of files and a few computers that have seen better days. The office is usually quiet unless we’re all on the phone at once. Garia is a nice part of Kolkata to work in. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything. If you come in, whoever is closest to the door will say hello. We handle a bit of everything that comes our way. Sometimes it’s a lot of data entry, other times it’s more hands-on. We don’t have a set script for how we talk to people. We just talk like normal people do. Some days are slow and we sit around and chat, and other days we barely have time to breathe. It’s just the way it goes.
