Fix Fit Fasteners Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. is located right on J.L. Nehru Road, inside the Kanak Building. We are on the 2nd floor. It’s a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming up through the windows. If you’ve ever been to 41 J.L. Nehru Road, you know how hectic the traffic can get outside. Inside our workshop and office, it’s mostly the sound of the machines and people talking over them. We make fasteners, so there’s always a bit of metal clicking around. The 2nd floor is a good spot, though moving heavy boxes up and down can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We have been here long enough that we know all the tea stalls nearby. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We start our shift and keep at it until the orders are filled. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big batch of nuts or bolts needs to go out. The Kanak Building has a lot of history, and we’re just one part of it. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, but it’s a working shop, so there’s always a little grease here and there. It feels like a real community on this floor. We see the same faces every day and we just keep moving forward with the manufacturing work.
