Our office is situated on Haridas Bhattacherjee Road in the Panihati area. It’s part of the larger Kolkata region, but it has its own feel to it. Working for Fives Stein India Projects means there is always some new task or project detail that needs attention. The road we are on can get quite busy during the peak hours, which is just part of life here. We’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. We don't have a lot of unnecessary stuff around; it's mostly just what we need to get our engineering and project work done. Often, we are juggling multiple tasks at once, so the office can feel a bit hectic at times. We’ve been at this Panihati location for a while, and it serves us well. It’s where the planning happens and where we keep track of all the moving parts of our projects. You won’t find any big signs or flashy lights here. It's just a regular office building where people show up and do their jobs. We talk to a lot of different people every day to keep things moving forward. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues like power cuts or heavy traffic, but we just work around it. The focus is always on the current project and making sure the details are right before things move forward. It's a steady environment for us and we just try to get through the work list and stay productive without making things more complicated than they need to be.
