Fild Garments

Fild Garments is located at No.1 Vivekananda Pally. We are very close to the Nildarpan Sangha club, which everyone in the neighborhood knows well. If you find the club, you have basically found us. Our shop is just a plain room where we keep all our garments and do our daily business. It isn't a high-end store with air conditioning, just a few fans and a lot of stock piled up. We spend our time checking the quality of the shirts and pants we get. The area around Vivekananda Pally is mostly residential, so we see the same faces every day walking their kids to school or going to the market. It makes the place feel very friendly and local. We started Fild Garments because we wanted to do something of our own in this area. Some days it is very quiet and we just sit and talk about the weather or the news. Other days, we are so busy we don't even have time to eat lunch until late in the evening. There is always a stack of empty boxes out back that we need to clear out. We don't use any fancy language to talk to people; we just show them what we have on the racks. It is a modest setup, but it works for us and the people living nearby in the Pally. We've been here for a while now and don't plan on moving.
