Engineering College

We are based at 51 Dobson Road in Shreekunj A53, Howrah. People usually find us easily here. It’s a busy spot but we’ve made our place over time. Dealing with students every day is what we do. Engineering is hard, but that’s why this college exists. We aren't a fancy new building with glass walls. It's more of a practical place where people actually work. Most days you'll see students hanging around the entrance or walking up to the Shreekunj A53 block. We don't have a lot of big slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just classrooms and labs where things get done. Some people come from far away in Howrah just to see what we offer. The traffic on Dobson Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get in at once. We've been at this address for a while now. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. If you walk past, you'll probably hear a bit of noise from the workshops. That's just how it is here. We try to keep things organized, but like any school, there’s always something going on. It’s a real place with real issues and real successes. We don’t try to hide the rough edges. It's just a college for learning engineering. Simple as that. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just a place that works for the students here in Howrah 1.
