Our office is tucked away at 9 Pachi Putiary in the Karunamoy area of Tolleygunj. If you know South Kolkata, you know it can get a bit crowded, but we like it here. We’ve been helping people find jobs and companies find workers for a good while now. It’s mostly a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes all day long. The office is small but it fits us fine. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit while they wait for an interview. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with marble floors, just a regular place where we do our business. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything, we just talk to people and try to see who fits where. It’s a lot of matching names to roles and hoping it works out for everyone. We know the local area well and that helps when people are looking for work nearby. Most of our days are spent on the computer or chatting with folks who walk in looking for a new start. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
