Easy Jobs

Easy Jobs is based out of 89/C Narayan Roy Road in the Silpara area of Kolkata. Our pin code is 700008. We aren't a big recruitment firm with hundreds of employees and a fancy lobby. It’s just a few of us here in a small office on the ground floor of a regular building. The name Easy Jobs was chosen because we wanted to keep things simple for the folks who are looking for work. The process of finding a job is hard enough, so we try not to make it any worse with complicated forms or long waits. Our office is a bit cramped, especially when we have more than two people waiting to talk to us. We have an old sofa in the corner that’s a bit lumpy, but it’s better than standing. There is usually a stack of newspapers on the table and a calendar on the wall that we forget to turn over sometimes. Narayan Roy Road is a busy street, so there is always the sound of buses and cars in the background. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people find us because a friend told them we helped them out before. We just sit down with whoever walks in, look at what they can do, and see if we have anything that fits. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it’s honest and it works for the people in our part of Kolkata.
