Our little office for the Dsa Of Hdfc is based in Kolkata 97. It’s not a large corporate headquarters, just a place where we handle the banking paperwork that keeps things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or filling out forms for folks who need help with their accounts. The area is usually bustling, and our office is no different. We have files stacked up and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing when you need them. It’s a local operation, and we know the streets of Kol-97 like the back of our hands. We don’t put on airs here. If you come in, you’ll likely see us buried in documents or talking to someone about their loan application. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the main bank branches. We try to keep things simple for the people who walk through our door. No one likes complicated bank talk, so we just explain things like we would to a neighbor. It gets pretty loud sometimes with everyone talking at once, but we manage. We aren't here to win awards; we’re just here to make sure the applications get processed and the people get their answers. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time, making sure the numbers add up before we head home for dinner. There is always more work to do tomorrow, but that is just the way it goes here.
