Drug Land

You’ll find Drug Land on the ground floor of AC-375, right on the Kestopur Main Road in Keshtopur. We are very close to the Barowaritala bus stand, which makes it easy for people to find us when they get off the bus. The shop is a decent size, but we’ve filled it up with a lot of stock over the years. It’s a busy road, so there is always a lot of dust coming in from the street, and we have to wipe down the counters pretty often. We have a mix of regular medicines and some general health products that people ask for. The back room is where we keep the extra boxes and the files. It’s a bit of a mess back there, honestly, but we know where everything is. We started this place because Kestopur is such a populated area and people always need a pharmacy close by. There’s usually two of us behind the counter during the day. We don't use any fancy systems, just a basic computer for the billing and some notebooks for the things we need to order. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to put sandbags by the door. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop. We try to be helpful and make sure people get the right medicine before they head back to the bus stand. We usually keep some spare change in a jar for the bus fare too.
