Dream Jobs India is situated at 16 K. B. Sarani, inside Krishna Apartment in Kolkata-80. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings you see downtown. We’ve been operating from this apartment for a good while. It's a simple setup. We have desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork to go around. We spend our days looking through applications and talking to companies. It's a lot of back and forth on the phone. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything flashy to show off. We just do the work. Most of our time is spent trying to figure out who would be good for which job. It’s not always an exact science. We've had people come in from all over Kolkata looking for a break. We try to give them a straight answer. Sometimes the news is good, and sometimes it’s not what they want to hear. We don’t dress up in suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it’s just casual clothes and a lot of hot coffee. We like being in Krishna Appt because it’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to everything else we need. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep at it, day in and day out, helping folks where we can and keeping things moving. It's nothing fancy, just a small operation.
