Dhanuka Engineering

Our place is Dhanuka Engineering, located at 23A Netaji Subhash Road. We’re on the 4th floor in Room 5C. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. We’ve been in this room for years. It’s small, but we have everything we need to get our engineering work done. Most of the day is spent looking at drawings or talking to the guys on the site. We don’t have fancy furniture. Just some solid desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a practical space for practical work. Netaji Subhash Road is always crowded, so getting here in the morning is a bit of a task. But once we’re inside, it’s just about focusing on the jobs we have. We handle the technical side of things here. It's not glamorous. There’s a lot of math and double-checking involved. We’ve known our neighbors on this floor for a long time. We chat in the hallway sometimes about how the market is going. We don’t spend money on big ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or they’ve been dealing with us for decades. We just keep things simple and honest. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people ask for when they walk through the door. It’s how we've stayed in business this long without needing a big sign outside. We just show up and get the work done.
