Desicon Engineers

Over in Bhowanipore, specifically at 4A Gobindo Ghosal Lane, you’ll find Desicon Engineers. We’ve been in this part of Kolkata for a while now. The lane is one of those narrow ones where you have to be careful how you park your bike. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our drawings. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is a place where we get our hands dirty and figure out how to fix things. The fans hum all day long to keep the humidity away. I started this with just a few tools and a lot of time on my hands. Now we have a few more people helping, but it still feels like a small shop. Kolkata700025 is a good area to be in because everything is close by. We don't have a big website or a bunch of slogans. We just show up at 4A and see what the day brings. Sometimes we are out at sites all day and the office is empty. Other times we are all crammed inside drinking chai and looking at plans. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We just want to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple life and we like it just fine.
