Our office is over in Tollygunge, specifically at 46, Jubilee Park, c/o Amal Kr. Ghosh. It’s a nice enough part of Kolkata, a bit greener than the city center. We’ve been working out of this location for quite some time now. Being in a residential-feeling area like Jubilee Park makes the workday feel a little less frantic, though the work itself is still pretty intense. We are chartered accountants, so naturally, our desks are covered in spreadsheets and tax forms. People often think this kind of work is just about calculators, but it’s really about understanding what a person or a company is actually doing with their money. We have to be careful with the details because even a small mistake can cause a lot of trouble later on. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it. The office doesn’t have a big sign or anything flashy. It’s just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for hours, and other times it’s just quiet work. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what the situation is and what needs to be filed. It's a steady life here in 700033. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see any reason to change it now. We just keep our heads down and focus on the data we have in front of us.
