Danieli India Limited

Over at P-446 Keyatala Road, our Danieli India Limited office sits in a part of Kolkata that still has some of that old-world charm. Keyatala is a bit more relaxed than the newer business districts. We’re in an area where there are still some nice trees and older houses, which makes the walk to work a little more pleasant. Our building is pretty standard for this neighborhood. Inside, we’ve got our workspace set up with everything we need for the daily grind. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for our team to sit down and get through the engineering tasks and the client coordination. The rooms have high ceilings like many older buildings in South Kolkata, which helps a bit with the heat before we turn the air conditioning on. We have a lot of long-time staff here who know the neighborhood inside out. We usually get our lunch from the local places around Keyatala, and there’s always someone coming by with a delivery. It feels a bit more like a community than just a cold office. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather have good chairs and working printers. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the metal industry projects and make sure all the details are right before we send things out. It is just a regular office for people who like to get things done.
