Balaji Impex

Our office is located at No. 137 VIP Road, right in Natural Heights Phase 2. We are in Block 5, Flat 5B. It’s a bit unusual for some people that we run Balaji Impex out of a residential block, but it’s actually quite convenient. You just look for the Haldirams nearby and you’re basically here. The flat has been converted into a working space, so it has a very domestic feel to it. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small balcony where we can see the traffic crawling along VIP Road. It can get pretty noisy out there, especially during rush hour, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We handle all the import and export details from this little spot. The living room area is now where we keep the main computer and the printer, which jams more often than it should. We’ve got boxes stacked in the corners sometimes when new samples arrive. It’s not a corporate showroom. It’s just where we do our business every day. We know the security guards at the gate and the neighbors don’t seem to mind us much. It’s a quiet way to work, honestly. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s just a regular group of people doing a regular job in a comfortable space.
