Credence Engg. Co. is based at Plot No. 90, over at Sahodare Corner. We are right on Sodepur Station Road. Being near the station means it’s always busy outside. You can hear the trains and the traffic all day long. We do engineering work, mostly involving parts and mechanical bits. Our workshop is usually full of metal scraps and various tools. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where things get built or fixed. We’ve been on Station Road for quite some time. The plot is big enough for our needs, though we keep running out of shelf space. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. We’re usually in grease-stained shirts. That’s just the reality of engineering work. Sometimes a job is harder than we thought it would be, and we have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We just rely on the fact that we've been here at Sahodare Corner for a long time. People know where to find us. We keep a simple schedule and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a lot of manual work and problem-solving. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time, right here in Sodepur. It’s a noisy spot but it's where we get our work done every single day. We are usually here late if there's a deadline.
