Consulting Group

We are a small group based right here in Kolkata. Consulting Group is a pretty simple name, but it fits what we do. We don’t have a specific neighborhood listed because we’re often out and about meeting people across the city anyway. The office is just a base of operations where we keep our laptops and a few notebooks. It’s not a huge corporate setup with glass walls and coffee machines. We mostly just drink chai from the local vendor. Kolkata is a big city, and we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know our way around the different districts. Work usually involves a lot of talking and trying to figure out solutions for people who come to us. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting about the news, and other days it feels like we can’t catch a breath. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job so people come back next time. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers piled up on the corner desk, but we get through it. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that being honest with people works better than pretending to have all the answers. Just a local group trying to make things work in the city. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code. We just show up and do what is needed to get things moving along for everyone.
