Consultants Engineers Builders

Our place is located at B-294 in Lake Gardens, Kolkata. It’s a well-known area in the 700045 district. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on consulting, engineering, and building work. The office is an old building, typical of this part of Kolkata, with those high ceilings and thick walls. It stays pretty cool inside even when the humidity outside is through the roof. We have a lot of blue-prints and heavy binders sitting around the room. Since we are engineers and builders, there is always some talk about materials or project sites going on. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us sitting at a desk. We’ve been in Lake Gardens for quite a few years now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. There are some nice trees along the street that give a bit of shade. Sometimes we get distracted by the street vendors passing by, but mostly we just stick to our work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local people who know how to build things and solve technical problems. It’s a honest day’s work for us. We like the rhythm of life here in this part of West Bengal. It feels right to be doing this work in a place like this. We just keep going.
