Conflux Teleservices Private Ltd

We are located at 96 Narkeldanga North Road. It’s a familiar part of Kolkata-11 for most of us who work here. Conflux Teleservices Private Ltd isn’t a huge operation, but we stay busy enough with the phones and the service side. The building itself is an older one, which is pretty common for this part of town. We are right there on the main road, so the noise from the street is something you just get used to after a week or two. Buses and rickshaws are always going past. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our desks set up for the teleservices work and everyone just gets on with it. It’s a lot of talking and answering questions all day long. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is wearing a suit and tie unless there’s a specific reason for it. Most days it’s just casual clothes and a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The local area has some good spots to grab lunch, which is a plus. We’ve had some issues with the internet lines in the past when the road was being dug up, but that’s just part of being in this city. We like being in Narkeldanga because it feels like a real community. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t need much else besides a working phone line and a bit of quiet when it gets really busy.
