Chique Fashion

Chique Fashion is tucked away on the 2nd floor of Sanmarg Bhawan. The address is 160b C.R. Avenue, which is a pretty central spot in the city. You have to come up the stairs and you’ll find our office. It’s not a very big place, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle all sorts of fashion items here. The windows look out over the busy street, and you can always hear the horns honking down on C.R. Avenue. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We have racks of samples and desks covered in sketches and order forms. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. There’s always a kettle going for tea and someone is usually on the phone talking to a supplier. We aren't trying to be the most famous brand out there. We just like making clothes that people actually want to wear. Most of our days are spent checking the clothes or making sure the sizes are right. The building itself is quite traditional, which gives the place a bit of character. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work, so we end up carrying bags up the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We don't have a big reception area or a receptionist. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our work and say hello. It’s a very simple setup without any fuss or expensive furniture. We just do our daily work and keep things moving.
